This wedding was probably one of the craziest experiences in my photo career. I always try to get to know my couples before their weddings, but in this case Dora and Matt found me only three days before their ceremony! Nevertheless, I immediately felt the connection and knew that it will be a fantastic day (and I was right!). A beautfiul place with relaxed amosphere, an intimate ceremony just with their closest family and friends, lots of genuine emotions, this is how I imagine a perfect wedding day!

The Palace at Osowa Sień is a quite unusual place, many people have probably never heard of. Despite the classic facade, inside it hides beautiful interiors decorated in a minimalist style.  I arrived the day before, so that I could learn the layout of the palace, check all the stairscases and secret passages, to make sure that I won’t get lost in them! The friendly owners of the palace – Matt and Jamie, helped a lot, sometimes laughing a little at my confusion.

* Since then I have visited the Palace a couple more times, I no longer get lost in its corridors, but each time I am just as impressed by its peaceful atmosphere, beautiful interiors and refined details.

Dora and Matt chose a beautiful ceremony in the palace garden. Personally, I think this is the best solution –  a ceremony under beautiful trees, in natural surroundings, is always much nicer experience for you than a wedding at the office, and most of the officials have no problem getting to your wedding venue.

International wedding at the Palace at Osowa Sień

Like most of my international couples, Dora and Matt chose a very casual schedule for the day. After the ceremony, there was time for drinks and small snacks, the guests could relax in the garden, and we snuck out for a moment of photos. During the dinner, there was also a moment for speeches, which, as always brought everyone to tears. A small touching concert as a gift from dad was also a great surprise, and in the evening, everyone moved to the improvised dance floor.
