Caroline & Gustav | engagement session in Stockholm, Sweden

Stockholm is one of the most beautiful cities I know (and I know it quite well, I lived there for almost a year!). I miss its islands, colourful streets, hills full of old wooden houses, the beautiful parks and forests that surround the city. And of course the archipelago! That’s why I was super excited when Caroline and Gustav contacted me about their wedding, and when we decided to meet for an engagement session in Stockholm first, but it was also extremely difficult to choose a spot for our session, there are just too many beautiful places there! In the end, we chose a couple of picturesque areas – their beloved neighbourhood – Vasastan, charming canals of Långolmen, and windy hills of Södermalm,  where we finished our walk with beautiful sunset views over the city.

Strolling around Stockholm brough back so many great memories, and Caroline and Gustav are such an adorable couple, it was a perfect evening and just a pleasure to capture their love in such beautiful surroundings. I can’t wait to meet them again in September to photograph their wedding day!
