Aga & Uli | garden wedding, Folwark Wąsowo
Every visit to Folwark Wąsowo is a pure pleasure (it must have something to do with the fact that all my couples that I’ve photographed there were really wonderful ;)!), and outdoor ceremonies in the Folwark’s garden are just amazing (do you remember Sasha and Karol?). That’s why I was so happy when I first got a message from Aga and Uli and I heard about their wedding plans.
Aga and Uli have chosen the beautiful Folwark Wąsowo for their wedding, even though they live in Berlin. They invited their family and friends from all over the world, it was amazing to see how long some of them have travelled to celebrate this day with Aga and Uli. They all created such friendly atmosphere, and I quickly learned that many of their friends also help to organise this beautiful day, taking care of the bride’s hairstyle, or by being the DJ at the evening party. The wedding was also unusual in other respects; first of all – it took place on Sunday, so at first I was a bit worried whether I would be able to make it on time after Saturday wedding, but Aga quickly convinced me that everything would be fine, and indeed – it turned out fantastic! 🙂

Once again, the wedding that I photographed in this garden was an international ceremony, a beautiful mix of languages and cultures! This time the ceremony was translated from Polish to German, and again – a friend of the bride and groom came to help. There was plenty of emotions and laughter, and this relaxed atmosphere stayed with us until the end of the day – just like the beautiful weather!
I’m sure I say it every time, but I’m really happy and honoured that I am able to capture such beautiful stories, and I wish that every couple would celebrate this day in such a cosy, relaxed atmosphere, simply enjoying this time with their family and friends, instead of worrying too much (well, maybe except for the first dance;))!
