Kasia & Robert | An Intimate Summer Wedding at Polna Zdrój

This wedding has everything I love: one of the most atmospheric venues: Polna Zdrój, a wonderful couple who couldn’t stop smiling, lush greenery and stunning flowers, delicious food, and a wonderfully relaxed vibe. And even though these photos are from 2023, I still remember the day vividly; emotions like that aren’t easily forgotten!

From Denmark to Lower Silesia – a beautiful, intimate wedding ceremony at Polna Zdrój

I first met Kasia and Robert in Denmark, on the island of Fanø. We were running across the dunes, capturing their pre-wedding moments on camera while chatting about a million different things. During that photo session, it felt as though we had known each other for ages, and I couldn’t wait to meet them again. And seeing the way they looked at each other, I was certain their wedding would be an emotionally moving day – and I was absolutely right.

I have seen Wleń in various seasons, and while I must admit I have a soft spot for the atmosphere of autumn in Lower Silesia, but Polna Zdrój was equally enchanting in the summer. Long, warm evenings, lush greenery, and beautiful light – perfect conditions for an outdoor celebration.

The open-air ceremony was deeply moving, and the subsequent schedule wonderfully relaxed; the summer afternoon at Polna unfolded slowly through dinner, toasts, and some surprises from friends – right up until the moment the dance floor was packed with dancing.

This day felt just like a wedding among friends;  it is the greatest joy for me to meet couples like Kasia and Robert, being able to share and capture such beautiful moments for them!
