Olga & Kuba | engagement session at the Polish seaside, sunrise by Gdynia Orłowo cliff

I can’t remember how many times I’ve seen the sunrise in Gdynia Orłowo, but I love going back there and although it is a very popular place, when we go for our morning sessions – we are usually alone there. We always come very early, just before sunrise, all a bit sleepy and shivering from the cold air. But soon the sun shows up on the horizon and everything is drowned in a golden light, how beautiful! This time I got to photograph this amazing couple – Olga & Kuba, and their lovely dog Rada (and although she wasn’t interested in posing for pictures, we managed to get a few shots of the whole family playing together :)).

I’ve been lucky to live in Gdańsk for a while, and I always recommend having your engagement or family sessions by the sea. It is one of my favourite landcapes (and background for photos), and I know lots of beautiful spots on the Polish coast, where we can avoid the crowds and enjoy empty beaches and magical forests.
